JAPANESE FILM FESTIVAL STARTS IN CHISINAU

The 2nd Japanese Film Festival will take place in the Chisinau cultural center "Odeon" on Friday and Saturday. It was organized by the Japanese Embassy to Moldova.

Embassy representative Tudor Strungari said that the festival will open on Friday evening with the movie "Tremble All You Want" by Akiko Ooku.

"On Saturday, the audience is invited to attend film screenings at 10:00 - "Parks" by Natsuki Seta, 12:10 - "Tremble All You Want", 14:20 - "Her Sketchbook" by Masaya Ozaki. The festival will culminate with the film "Let's Go, JETS!" by Hayato Kawai", he said.

All the movies were produced in 2017 and will be screened with English and Romanian subtitles. The admission is free.
