29 july, 2015

The socio-political situation in Moldova is in a deplorable state and for overcoming the crisis reforms are urgently necessary. This issue became the topic of discussion during Tuesday’s presentation of the results of the opinion poll on the topic “Socio-political situation in Moldova and possible development trends” in the Moldovan Academy of Sciences (MAS).

Deputy Director of the Institute of Legal and Political Research of MAS Victor Juc stressed that the primary need is in administrative reform, as well as changes in the judicial system, banking sphere and political system.

„We need a program, which would identify the most urgent goals. It is about the rehabilitation of the banking system, negotiations with development partners, unblocking of external assistance for replenishment of state budget and opening of Russian markets for agricultural products”, he said.
