FRONTERA WINS BIDDING FOR HYDROCARBONS EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT IN MOLDOVA

Frontera Resources Corporation (FRR), an independent American oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that its fully owned subsidiary Frontera Resources International LLC has been chosen as winner of the bidding for exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the Republic of Moldova.

The company is going to sign, already by the end of 2016, a concession agreement with the Moldovan Government on exploration and production of hydrocarbons.

The bidding was conducted by the Agency of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Moldovan Ministry of Environment pursuant to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Moldova.
