“The country is strong with its economy, thus I am glad that you are energetic and want to change the state of things. In some sectors of the Moldovan economy progress was registered, but I think that there is still place for improving the industrial sphere and the service sector”, he said.

The training includes sessions on human resource management, strategic planning, risk and conflict management, business communication. Similar training is organized in Tiraspol.

After the graduation of intensive courses and the testing, on October 2 through 6 the participants from both sides of the Dniester River can undergo internship in Vienna. There, Moldovan entrepreneurs will participate in a business forum and will attend enterprises, while the Austrian Economic Chamber will provide to them assistance in establishing potential business partners.

The project is implemented within the framework of the Support to Confidence Building Measures Program, financed by the European Union and implemented by the UNDP. It is aimed at contributing to strengthening trust between citizens of both sides of Dniester by means of involving representatives of local authorities, business environment and civil society in joint projects on developing businesses and local communities.
