ODIMM ORGANIZES BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION COURSES FOR ENTREPRENEURS

Over 650 entrepreneurs participated in the Program of Efficient Business Administration, initiated by the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development of Moldova (ODIMM).

According to the ODIMM, this year 23 trainings were conducted in 15 localities of Moldova, half of which - in the south.

At the end of the training, a poll was conducted among participants, which demonstrated that around 75% respondents choose the educative modules, connected with accounting, business launching and planning, as well as sales technique.

It turned out that most of entrepreneurs need consultations on all stages of business development. Around 30% of enterprises, run by training participants, are working for already 5-10 years, while 19% - for 3.5 years.

Most of courses participants are working in the field of building, wholesale and retail trade, while half of them are administrating farms.

Over 80% of participants have before participated in such programs, the fact that demonstrates that business people are in permanent process of studying and developing skills in business administration.

52% of the whole number of participants are women, while trainees' average age is 41.

The Program of efficient business administration represents a national training project for entrepreneurs of any age, working in any organizational-legal form of business, who want to improve their skills in entrepreneurship.
