GOVERNMENT APPROVES NATIONAL PLAN ON TRADE SIMPLIFICATION

The Government approved on Thursday the 2018-2020 National Plan on Trade Simplification, which includes around 100 activities for the development of the sector.

The document implies measures on organizing administrative and customs procedures, implementation of single window for trade, development of the concept of empowered economic agent and electronic transit system.

At the same time, the infrastructure for conducting and controlling external trade will be improved and modern technologies - electronic registration and using of electronic documents - will be applied in procedures of state control and interaction with business environment. The plan also ensures the access to information and transparency in trade regulation.

14 state bodies will be responsible for plan implementation. The assumed budget for all the activities is 137 million euros, which will be allocated from the budget of responsible bodies, as well as will be covered from external partners' financial support.
