“GOOD ROADS FOR MOLDOVA” PROGRAM EXECUTED BY ONE-THIRD

By the beginning of August, 438 km of village roads have already been repaired in the framework of the program “Good Roads for Moldova”. This is 34.4% of the planed volume for the year. At the same time, 632.63 million lei were spent – 40% of the program budget. At the moment, 193 km of roads are being repaired (15.2%). Repair works in the Dubasari Raion have been completed. About 11 km of roads were repaired for 27 million lei. Repair works in the Cimislia Raion nears completion: 90.33% of the road is almost repaired. The program “Good roads for Moldova” started in early 2018 at the initiative of the Democratic Party of Moldova and provides for the road restoration of about 1200 km long in 1200 localities. The costs are estimated at 1.6 billion lei, which will be allocated from the Road Fund and the state budget.
