AIPA AND HUNGARIAN EMBASSY UPDATE COOPERATION CONTRACTS

The Agency for Interventions and Payments in Agriculture of Moldova and the Hungarian Embassy to Moldova have updated the contracts on cooperation for modernizing the agricultural sector.

According to the agency, the main topic of discussion at the meeting of AIPA Deputy Director Vadim Curmei and the Hungarian Embassy Councilor of Department for International Economic Cooperation Gabor Szucs was the partnership in agriculture.

The AIPA deputy head thanked the embassy representatives for their openness and interest in the implementation of projects that contribute to modernizing the agro-industrial sector in Moldova.

The sides discussed the measures on subsidizing, the priority tasks of AIPA for developing the agricultural sector, especially for supporting small producers by means of implementing irrigation systems.

In this context, the embassy representatives expressed readiness for cooperation on new projects for developing sustainable agriculture in Moldova.
