CAPMU ANNOUNCES CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR LAST STAGE OF GRANT PROGRAM FOR FARMERS

The Consolidated Agricultural Projects Management Unit (CAPMU) of the World Bank, announced on Wednesday the start of accepting applications for participation in the last stage of the program of investment grants “Simplifying Access to Sales Markets”.

The Agency for Interventions and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA) reminded that the program implies the providing of grants to groups of farmers made of at least five producers who are working in the field of fruit growing, animal husbandry or beekeeping.

The financing is provided for buying machinery and post-harvest equipment. The maximum sum of grant is US$350 thousand.

Documents for participation in the program may be submitted until February 28, 2020 in the AIPA territorial representations. Detailed information about selection criteria and the list of necessary documents is available on websites: www.aipa.gov.md and www.capmu.md.
