EXPERTS BELIEVE MOLDOVAN ECONOMY REHABILITATION WILL REQUIRE OVER 2 YEARS

Moldovan economy's comeback to February 2020 indicators will require more than 2 years, believe 38.1% experts who were interviewed in the framework of the Barometrul Electoral poll.

14.3% experts offered an opinion that economy rehabilitation will require 19-24 months, 19% experts each - 13-18 months and 7-12 months, and 9.5% experts presume - 4-6 months.

Nearly a quarter of experts (23.8%) believe that Moldova's economic damage due to the COVID-19 pandemic will be 2 billion euros, 19% -- that 500 million euros, 14.3% -- 1 billion euros, and 9.5% -- 20 million euros.

85.7% respondents presume that to cover the Budget deficit, it is necessary to return the billion U.S. dollars stolen from Moldovan banks and to take loans at foreign markets.
