Owner of 35% of Avicola-Nord shares, Former Director Gheorghe Birladean has accused the majority shareholder of Energoresurse in the capture of a poultry factory. “An attempt to capture the enterprise was made in 2005. That time the company failed, but it appealed to the court against us.
