09.07.2010Moscow, July 9, 2010 (Infotag). Progress in the Transnistrian conflict settlement work is being restrained by the puzzling uncertainty concerning who takes decisions in Chisinau presently, thinks Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov.
The Centrist Union of Moldova (CUM), headed by its Vice-Chairman Mihai Petrache appealed to the court against ex-Premier Vasile Tarlev, who was elected the CUM Chairman in autumn 2008. At the same time, the Ministry of Justice refused to register Vasile Tarlev on this post.
