VLADIMIR PLAHOTNIUC HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JUDGMENT ON 10-YEAR IMPRISONMENT FOR VICTOR TOPA – IULIAN BALAN
Vladimir Plahotniuc [former Chair of Victoriabank’s board, First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Deputy Chair of the Democratic Party of Moldova] is out of all relation with a judgment of a court, what sentenced Victor Topa to a 10-year imprisonment last week for misappropriation of a parcel of stocks belonging to a group of Victoriabank stockholders. The statement was made on Monday by Iulian Balan, lawyer of bank’s stockholder Galina Proidisvet.
