MAIB OPENS FIRST CENTER FOR YOUTH FINANCIAL TRAINING

The country's largest financial institution - Moldova Agroindbank (MAIB) opened the first center for financial training of youth - "MAIB Studio Avanti" in the very center of Chisinau on Friday.

In an interview to Infotag, chairman of the MAIB Board Sergiu Cebotari said, that the main goal of this educational center is familiarization and training the youth in financial and banking problematic, bank products and technologies, used in the world of international finances.

"Electronic banking services demand from financial institutions the elaboration of new models of communication and temporary provision of services with much more personal approach to each client. Especially this is relevant in relation to the youth. Over 32% of the total number of MAIB clients are young people aged 18 through 35. Due to the new center, we intend to establish an interactive dialog with young people in order to better and deeper understand their needs and demands, satisfying these with concrete solutions from the MAIB", Sergiu Cebotari said.

By means of the new center, the bank intends to give a special attention to schoolchildren, to whom elementary terms about money and economics will be explained by means of interactive games. Interactive games are organized for free, all the expenditures are covered by the bank.
