TAX REVENUES TO BUDGET GREW 18.8%

Tax revenues to budgets of all levels reached 29.1 billion lei as of the beginning of December, exceeding revenues of equivalent period of 2016 by 4.6 billion lei (18.8%).

According to the State Tax Service, the planned rates have been overfulfiled by 151.2 million lei (0.5%). Moreover, this is already including the amendments to the budget, which imply the raising of tax revenues by 1.42 billion lei.

Most of revenues were ensured to the State Budget - 12.7 billion lei, which has exceeded the last year level by one-fourth. Tax deductions to the social insurance fund grew 18.3% (1.6 billion lei) - to 10.2 billion, to local budgets - 4.9% (142.7 billion) - to 3.1 billion, medical insurance - 12.6% (352.1 million) - to 3.2 billion lei.

Tax services are traditionally one of the basic sources of state budget replenishment. In January-October their deductions accounted for 1,632 million lei (+24.9%) - almost one-half of the Moldovan state budget.
