MOBIASBANCA HAS SYSTEM'S LOWEST RATE OF BAD LOANS

Moldovan daughter of the French financial group Societe Generale - Mobiasbanca achieved the lowest rate of bad loans in the Moldova's entire banking system - 5.27%.

According to the analysis of the bank activity results in the "Banks & Finances" magazine, as of the end-July the share of bad loans in the Mobiasbanca's portfolio fell 0.45%, accounting for 5.27% of the total portfolio, when in the country system this rate is of 14.73%.

In absolute terms, the share of bad loans in the bank portfolio fell by 22.51 million lei.

The bank also registered the growth of the capital adequacy to 26.44% in July from 26.25% in June. The long-term liquidity also grew 0.03% - to 0.67%.

In July, the rate of short-term liquidity in the bank slightly fell to 49.49% in July from 50.35% in June.

The year to date peak of the bank profit, registered in May (35.3 million lei), fell to 24.1 million lei in June, while in July it grew to 27.9 million lei. The bank has raised 0.05% the rate of the return on assets (ROA) - to 2.72%.
