GOVERNMENT TO ALLOCATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO TWO FAMILIES WHO LOST THEIR HOUSES IN FIRE

Three families, who got in difficult situations, will receive 160 thousand lei from the Government reserve fund. The decision was taken at the Monday's sitting of the Commission for Emergency Situations.

A family from Radenii Vechi village in Ungheni raion remained without shelter two months ago, when the fire completely destroyed their house. The family is made of 5 persons, including a 2-year-old baby and an elderly grandfather. They will receive 90 thousand lei for buying a new house.

90 thousand lei more will be allocated to a family from Negresti village in Straseni raion, who also remained without housing due to fire.

Prime Minister Pavel Filip asked the responsible persons to hurry up, in order that these people to have new houses by new year holidays.

"It is very important that our citizens to always feel that the state is caring about them no matter the circumstances", he said.

During the sitting, a decision was taken to allocate 20 thousand lei for compensating costs for bringing back home of the body of a compatriot, who died in a road accident in Kaluga city of Russia.
