MSE REGISTERS INVESTORS’ BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF SHARES OF THREE SYSTEMIC BANKS

The Moldova Stock Exchange has registered bids for purchasing of the shares of three Moldovan systemic banks – maib, Moldindconbank (MICB) and Victoriabank (VB).

The first bid reads that an investor wants to buy 24 maib shares at a price of 4010 lei for a security with a face value of 200 lei. The application of a second investor indicated the purchase of 64 shares at a price of 4 thousand lei a piece.

MICB shares are also wanted by two investors. The first bid indicated the purchase of 981 securities with a face value of 100 lei at a price of 300 lei per share. In the second application for the purchase of 90 shares, the price is indicated in the amount of 301 lei per share.

In the application for the purchase of 240 VB shares, the price is 80 lei per share with a par value of 10 lei.

The "sell" listing includes securities of three banks: VB, FinComBank (FB) and Energbank (EB). In two bids VB offered packages of 993 and 56440 shares. The price of the paper in the first is 78 lei per share, and in the second - 80 lei.

A FB shareholder wishes to sell 920 securities at a price of 330 lei per share with a nominal value of 100 lei.

The selling price of EB shares is 229.80 lei per share with a par value of 50 lei. The package offered consists of 98473 papers.
