The Ministry of Energy officially launched construction works of the 400 kV power transmission line Vulcănești – Chișinău on Friday. The laying of foundations for the supports will begin in three settlements in the south of the country - Congaz, Congazcicul de Sus, and Dezghingea.

The government announced on Friday the development of a new agreement under which the land plot on Tighina Street (the territory of the former Republican Stadium) in the center of Chisinau will be sold to the USA for the construction of the embassy of this country in the Republic of Moldova.
