​STATE CHANCELLERY SHIFTS TO ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT TURNOVER SYSTEM

The State Chancellery shifted to an electronic system of registering, sending and distribution of documents e-Management since the beginning of the year.

According to the Government press release, from now on draft decisions will be submitted for consideration and approval of the Cabinet of Ministers in electronic form. After their approval, documents will be directed to ministries also in electronic format.

For ensuring transparency of the Government’s activities and the legislative process, all the documents, considered and approved by the Government at sittings, will be presented in electronic form on the website www.gov.md .

This step is aimed at ensuring a more efficient operation of the agency by means of introducing the initiative “Government without papers”.
