SOCIALISTS HAVE RAISED NECESSARY NUMBER OF SIGNATURES FOR ANTI-CHIRTOACA REFERENDUM

The initiative group of the Party of Socialists has managed to collect the necessary number of signatures for organizing a referendum on dismissing Chisinau Mayor Dorin Chirtoaca, wrote Chairman of the PSRM faction in the Chisinau Municipal Council Ion Ceban in social networks.

“We have raised 65,838 signatures over 18 days – 1400 signatures more than a necessary minimum. In the nearest time we will inform about our further plans”, he wrote, thanking almost 800 people, who were engaged in signature raising, as well as all citizens who supported this initiative.

Infotag’s dossier: The raising of signatures for supporting the PSRM initiative to organize a referendum on dismissing Chirtoaca started on May 11. The initiative group had to raise 64,441 minimum necessary valid signatures over 60 days for conducting the plebiscite. The first to put his signature was Moldovan President Igor Dodon, who expressed confidence that this year Chirtoaca will resign.
