SILVIA RADU TENDERS RESIGNATION AS CHISINAU DEPUTY MAYOR

Silvia Radu has officially tendered resignation from the post of Chisinau Deputy Mayor. Being in that quality, Radu had performed the duties of an Acting Mayor since November 2017.

Radu announced in the social networks that on Monday she had made “necessary steps” for an official completion of her activities in the Chisinau Primaria [city government].

She thanked those citizens who came to the polls last Sunday and voted for her. She voiced hope that the positive changes that had begun in the city upon her coming to the Primaria will be continued.

“It was an extremely useful experience that has taught me a lot. Now I can understand the problems of Chisinau and its citizens much deeper”, wrote Silvia Radu.

In her opinion, Chisinau citizens should demand from the would-be new Mayor to put aside all political questions and disputes and to work only for the city’s good.

“My future activities will be directly connected with the development of Chisinau and its improvement for the better”, promised Silvia Radu intriguingly.
