AGREEMENT WITH PSRM MAY BE SIGNED IMMEDIATELY AFTER ADOPTION OF GOVERNMENT ACTION PLAN – ACUM

Once the Government Action Plan for the next period is signed, there will be no obstacles for signing a new agreement between ACUM and the PSRM with clearly established priorities, said MP Mihai Popsoi of the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS), commenting on the Socialists’ proposal to sign a new agreement with ACUM.

He explained that it is about an Action Plan of the Government where the list of priorities includes wide process of reforms in judiciary, in the process of de-monopolization, in economy and in social protection.

“Ensuring of judiciary independence is the main goal of Maia Sandu Government, thus it is important to get complete support of the sides in this process”, Popsoi said.

On Tuesday, the PSRM political executive committee recommended to the party faction to sign a new agreement with the ACUM bloc, maintaining that the temporary agreement, signed by the sides on June 8, has mostly been fulfilled. It concerned the unification of forces for creating a ruling majority for de-oligarchization of Moldova.
