MP STEFAN GATCAN REVOKES HIS COMPLAINT SUBMITTED TO PGO

Deputy Stefan Gatcan has announced he is revoking the complaint he sent to the Prosecutor General's Office reading that pressure was exerted on him after he had left the Socialist faction and joined the Pro Moldova group.

On Monday, Gatcan published a video address in social networks and stated that he was OK.

“I also want to tell you that my address, sent to the Prosecutor General's Office on June 30, will be revoked. Yes, really, I requested to apply Article 13 of the Law on the Status of the Deputy – on the legal protection of me and my family, because at that stage such protection was necessary”, said the deputy.

Stefan Gatcan expressed hope that he would shortly return to Moldova and “continue working for citizens’ good”.
