CNAS REVENUES EXCEED EXPENDITURES BY 38.7 MILLION LEI

The revenues to the National Social Insurance Fund exceeded 14,642 million lei as of the beginning of November, which is 83.6% of the 2017 plan.

According to the CNAS, the main part of revenues – 9,583 million, accounted for mandatory social insurance contributions. The sum of all the deductions is 18% higher than a year ago.

Over 5,092 million lei accounted for state budget transfers, including 4,193 billion (+37%) – on repayment of social allowances and other types of payments. 898.6 million are designed for covering the deficit of social fund. A year ago these figures were 2,761 million and 1,121 million lei.

Social Fund budget expenditures accounted for 14,603 million lei (+17.7%) over 10 months and are 38.7 million less than revenues.

The CNAS states that over 10 months it has fulfilled all the financial liabilities and payments to consumers on all types of social services. The rest of funds on its accounts was 165 million lei as of November 1.
