DAYS OF ROMANIAN LITERATURE START IN CHISINAU AND BALTI

The Days of Romanian Literature started in Moldova on Tuesday for already the fourth consecutive year.

According to the Moldovan Writers Union, these will be held on May 22 through 26 in Chisinau and Balti with the assistance of Cartier publishing house and the Bucharest Museum of Romanian Literature.

According to Cartier Director Gheorghe Erizanu, the main goal of the event is to promote the Romanian literature by means of conducting various events, such as new books presentation, lectures, conferences, exhibitions.

This year the Days of Romanian Literature coincided with the Days of Slavic Writing and Culture in Moldova, which also include a whole number of activities. On Tuesday, the Days of Public Space in Moldova have started, which will be held on May 22 through 27 in Chisinau, Tiraspol and Bender.
