PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCY CHANGES RULES OF ISSUING ID CARDS

The National Agency of Public Services has changed the procedure of issuing ID-cards since Monday. Thus, the procedures of issuing ID card within 3 and 6 hours, and of the passport – within 3 hours, 6 hours and 10 calendar days will no more be provided. Instead, the Service will be providing services on issuing ID cards and passports on the day of applicant’s addressing. One can apply for documents in the agency’s central office, which will also be providing services on issuing the documents within 24 hours and within 5 calendar days. According to the Public Service Agency these measures were taken for raising the efficiency of the process of delivering services on issuing ID cards and listing of citizens.
