IN MOLDOVA, 527 CASES OF COVID-19 INFECTION ARE DETECTED OVER PAST DAY

Over the past day, 527 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in Moldova. Thus, the total number of infected people reached 43,734.
As the Ministry of Health reports, 2320 tests were carried out on Tuesday, including 1 987 primary and 333 repeated tests. Of the total number of cases, 32 are with medical workers - nine doctors, 15 nurses, eight of auxiliary personnel.
According to the ministry, five of the newly detected infections came from abroad: from Turkey - 2, from Italy - 1, from Cyprus - 1, from Germany - 1.
In serious condition are 564 patients. Of these, 38 are connected to an artificial respiration apparatus; 1352 patients are in a state of moderate severity.
