HIDROTEHNICA REQUESTS PRESIDENT TO HELP IT TO PRESERVE INDEPENDENCE
Chisinau, August 1 (Infotag). The collective of the Hidrotehnica scientific-technical center requests the President not allow this joint stock company to become the property of the Moldovahidromaş joint stock company.
A letter, sent to the President, says that on the Moldovahidromaş’s request the Supreme Court reconsidered its own decision of April 24, 2004, according to which decision the Hidrotehnica became a juridical person, and it passed Hidrotehnica again to Moldovahidromaş’s property.
“During its independent existence more than 30% of Hidrotehnica shares changed their holders, who are ready to appeal against the deprivation of their property rights. After the transfer to Moldovahidromaş our enterprise can cease to exist and the land plot, occupied by it, will be transferred and used for construction”, 148 collective members, who signed this letter, consider.
They request the President to help them in preserving the enterprise and jobs. “We do not want to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, as Moldova can lose one more case”, the letter’s authors consider.
