“REWARD - HR, TAX AND LEGAL CHALLENGES”

“REWARD - HR, TAX AND LEGAL CHALLENGES”

Date: 9 April 2008
Leogrant Hotel & Convention Center

Dear Madam / Sir,

As a result of market growth and tighter competition the human factor plays a decisive role in the success of a business. The salary and benefit policy is one of the most important operational aspects with a direct impact on employee efficiency and motivation for the continuous development of the company.

Willing to improve the performance of the human capital on one hand and not to admit the exaggeration of reward costs on the other hand, both local companies and foreign investors are becoming more interested in strategies for long-term employee stimulation, including the reward policy taken by competitors in the sector, economy and even region.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Moldova intends to launch products which will offer a clear, complete and innovative vision on the local labour market, which has suffered from the massive emigration of both qualified and unqualified labour.

We invite you to participate in the conference “Reward - HR, Tax and Legal Challenges” organized by PricewaterhouseCoopers which will take place at the Leogrand Hotel & Convention Center, 69 Vlaicu Parcalab Street, on 9 April 2008, between 9.00 and 13.00. The conference is addressed to General Managers, Financial Managers and HR Managers interested in the competitiveness and efficiency growth of their company within a multilateral strategy approach of human capital productivity.

The conference will be organized in collaboration with the experts from PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania, who have gained vast experience in creating solutions for human capital development on the Romanian market, solutions which will have a positive impact on the Moldovan market as well.

The conference also seeks to establish a productive dialogue with the Top Management of the Moldovan business community and HR Managers to focus our products on local market expectations and demands.

The conference will include the following subjects:
- Total Reward Strategy;
- Rewarding tendencies on the Moldovan market - PayWell 2008 Moldova Salary and Benefits Survey;
- Tax and legal implications for expatriate employees.

You are cordially invited to confirm your participation with Artur Pinzari by phone: + (373 22) 238122; fax + (373 22) 238120, mobile: +(373) 794 01 087 or e-mail: artur.pinzari@ro.pwc.com, no later than 7 April 2008.
