JURIDICAL COMPANY LEXTAL
On February 10th, 2009, the Estonian Juridical Company LEXTAL (www.lextal.md)was officially launched in Moldova. LEXTAL Company belongs to the well known Juridical firms chain LEXCHANGE Network (http://lexchange.eu/; http://lexchange.ee/), which is a leader in the Estonian, Lithuanian, and Latvian markets. In the last four years, the value of assisted projects has been around one billion euro.
LEXTAL is active in the following fields: banks and finances, insurance, European funds, environmental protection (including projects in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol), tax policy, civil procedure, arbitration and mediation, acquisition (including public acquisition), legal drafting and juridical expertise, the domains of Concurrence, Telecommunications, and Information Technology, Debt Collection and Business Revitalization. A group of jurists from European Union countries and the Republic of Moldova, together with the vast juridical experience of LEXTAL, would serve as the legislative bridge between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova.
The official launch event took place at the company headquarters, in the Seven Stars business center.
