For the first time in the Republic of Moldova! Cromwell Evan Global (CEG), in association with Vernon | David launches innovative business model concept “Consultancy 360°”.

Following more than 10 years of experience in the area of financial and tax advisory services at various specialized companies, such as PwC and KPMG, Oana Motoi decided to establish Cromwell Evan Global. The company, recently launched in Bucharest, now opens its doors in Chisinau. Vernon | David, led by US lawyer, Charles Vernon, is a leading Moldovan and well-known Romanian law firm with impressive international experience and more than 17 years’ experience in on the Moldovan and Romanian markets.

Founded in Romania in 2001, Vernon | David currently has 5 partners. Thus, in addition to Charles Vernon, there is another founding partner, Daniela David, and partners Diana Neagu, Corina Tiganas and Maria Nica. Although active on the Moldovan market since 2001, in 2009 Vernon | David officially reconstituted its presence in the Republic of Moldova and opened its office in Chisinau.
