​PMR NEGOTIATOR EXPRESSED A LIST OF CLAIMS TO MOLDOVA

Transnistria has again called on Moldova to enhance substantive works in the field of settling problems of politically motivated criminal cases. This was said by Minister of foreign affairs of the unrecognized Transnistrian Moldovan republic (PMR), Tiraspol’s political representative in the negotiation process Vitaly Ignatiev at the meeting with Moldovan Deputy Premier for Reintegration Vasile Sova.

Ignatiev also pointed at the need of consequent promotion within the existing roadmap for fulfilling the Protocol Decision on measures to organize interaction in the field of telecommunications, expressing hope that the Moldovan side will take necessary steps that will allow progressing in practical implementation of the document provisions.

Besides, the Tiraspol’s representative drew Moldovan side’s attention to the existing problems in the field of implementing the mechanism of Transnistrian road vehicles’ participation in the international traffic.

According to him, currently the mechanism has a discriminatory character due to Moldovan side’s decline to allow to the international traffic the motorists who do not have Moldovan driving licenses. The diplomat spoke for the soonest seeking of decision, which will allow avoiding limitation of Transnistrians’ rights according to the state legal belonging.

Ignatiev also urged the Moldovan side to support the necessary dynamic of dialog and to maximally involve the potential of international mediators and observers in the negotiation process.
