HEAD OF MOLDOVAN UNION OF DOGBREEDERS DISCONTENTED WITH IDLENESS OF MINISTRY OF JUSTICE
Head of Moldovan Union of Dogbreeders Olga Serita demands from the Ministry of Justice to reconsider the decision of the former leadership of the Ministry of Justice, owing to which Serghei Volinet became unlawfully the Chairman of the Moldovan Union of Dogbreeders.
On Monday, she said at a news conference that in 2008 on the basis of the illegal protocol and his election to this post of the Union President and, proceeding from false assertions on the loss of the registration documents, the Ministry of Justice registered Volinet as the Union President and issued new documents.
“Volinet has never been the member of our Union. He forged the respective documents and declared himself as the President of the Moldovan Union of Dogbreeders. There are a lot of juridical mistakes, which are easily seen, in the protocol of his election onto the post of the Union President. Moreover, the registration documents were not lost and I keep them until the present”, Serta said,
She said that she appealed against the decision by Ministry of Justice to the Chamber of Appeal and won the suit.
“However, the new leadership of the Union also appealed in its turn against the Chamber of Appeal’s decision to the Supreme court of Justice, headed by Ion Muruianu, and this court took a decision in favor of the ministry”, she said.
Serita said that she finally appealed to the European Court of Human Rights (ЕСHR) after she failed to find justice in Moldova.
“But at the same time, we responded to a statement by new Minister of Justice Alexandru Tanase that we should try to find a decision here. We addressed to the new leadership of the ministry and submitted the conclusion of the independent expertise about the falsification of the documents. Despite the fact that several month have passed since that day, the Ministry of Justice has not taken any measures to restore justice”, Serita said.
When asked to comment upon this situation, the new administration of the union said that it works under illegal conditions and the Supreme Court of Justice confirmed this fact.
“We are ready to submit all the necessary documents to confirm our legitimacy”, the representatives of the union said.
