REGIONAL CONSTRUCT COMPANY PROMISES TO FINISH BUILDING HOUSE ON BACIOII NOI STREET
The building concern Regional Construct has promised to cheated shareholders to finish building the housing estate on Bacioii Noi str., Chisinau in 2 years.
Director General of the Regional Construct Igor Semenovcher said the Imobil si Siguranta company were earlier building the housing but it did not meet any commitment.
“After cheated shareholders had addressed to us, we negotiated with the Imobil si Siguranta company, and at the end of these negotiations we concluded a contract that our concern will finish building the edifice”, Semenovcher said.
According to him, housing prices are reduced by one and half, and new shareholders can buy it twice cheaper. If at the beginning of process 1 square meter costs 500 euros, now – 410, and for new shareholders is 360 euros. They will build 400 apartments in all.
Igor Semenovcher expressed a hope that situation will change after building company changed. But those who want to take their money back will have to wait till apartments will be sold.
