The first interactive map of new constructions in Chisinau and in other regions of the country has been launched on the internet portal MoldIpoteca.com.  

The founder and main developer of this project, Anaslav Iacovlenco said at a news conference at Infotag today that the need to have an interactive map stems from the swift-growing number of new constructions, and from the fact that there was no systematized information on the matter, so far.

“Information about the new housing blocks was usually distributed by real estate agencies, by construction companies and by private people. Yet, there was no portal to provide information on the matter in the form of a systemic analysis that would allow comparing the existent prices and getting access to additional options. For instance, on our web site, one can find information in the form of video sequences and photos of apartments for rent. So far, we have collected data on dwellings in the capital, as well as on some real estate assets in Balti and Durlesti. The web portal gathers information on 80 companies. Another 30 companies are currently verified in terms of trustworthiness of the provided information, as well as on the presence of construction authorizations,” he said.   

He also said that the guests of this portal can find information on the mortgage crediting for the construction of dwellings, by the commercial banks and financial organizations. The information is posted on the state and on the Russian language.
