On July 11-13, 2013, the Federation of Basarabian Associations from Romania is organizing the 4th Fair of Romanian Universities.

The Federation President Ion Cobisenco mentioned, at the Thursday press conference at Infotag, that the fair is held within the campaign AdmiteRO, aimed at informing future high school and university students about possibility to continue their education in Romania. The event will take place in Chisinau Stefan cel Mare Park.

Constantin Cernega, Deputy Chairman of the Federation, said that educational proposals from 14 Romanian universities will be presented on the fair, as well ass information about admission procedures and necessary documents. Moreover, those interested will have opportunity to learn from the experiences of those, who are now studying in Romania.

“The Federation volunteers will inform, offer consultations and motivate young people from Moldova to continue their studies in Romania. Besides, after the admission, we will help them to accommodate and integrate into the educational and cultural environment of Romania”, said he.

Acc to the representative of the Cluj-Napoca Basarabians’ initiative group Andrei Harin, on July 16, the fair will be held in the B.P.Hasdeu University in Cahul and on July 18 – in Alecu Russo University in Balti.

The Federation of Basarabian Associations from Romania includes 14 youth associations of Basarabians from different universities, who study in Romania.
 
Infotag’s dossier:  Submission of documents for studying in Romania will take place from July 18 to August 8. Moldovan graduates may submit documents to Romanian consulates in Chisinau, Cahul and Balti. Romania provides to Moldovan citizens over 4 thousand scholarships for the academic year 2014-2015. The majority of places are provided in universities from Bucuresti, Galati and Iasi.
