VETERAN OF DNIESTER WAR ACCUSES JUDGES IN INIQUITY AND CORRUPTION LEGALIZATION Nicolae Besedovschi, veteran of the Dniester war accuses the Moldova judges in the legalization of corruption in the ranks of Customs officers.

He said at the press conference at Infotag that since 2005 and until today he is deprived of his property, after he refused to bribe the customs officers in the amount of 1.8 thousand euro, to enter into the van of 1995 model year.

“The corrupt customs officials recorded the van as 1994 model year, after my refusal to bribe, therefore, the vehicle cannot be imported into the country. I have appealed to the government agencies to give me an official confirmation about the car year”, he said.

The veteran has received confirmation from the National Central Bureau of Interpol of the Interior Ministry, the state enterprise Registru, the National Institute of Standardization and Metrology, Ministry of Transport, as well as the official distributor of the brand Wolkswagen S.R.L. Rumeon.

According to him, the court ignored all the findings, “legalizing corruption, committed by the customs officers”.

Besedovschi stressed that he protests together with the people in the Central square of Chisinau, fighting corruption and demanding respect for fundamental human rights.

“I repeatedly appealed to the country leadership, but I was ignored and not heard. I will demand their resignation until I get the truth”, he said.

Infotag’s dossier: Besedovschi is going to go to Strasburg on Monday September 21, to seek protection of his rights in the European Court of Human Rights.
