Veterans of the Transnistrian conflict maintain that Moldovan law enforcement bodies and the justice system are exerting pressure on them due to their participation in protest actions.

 

Chairman of the Transnistrian Refugees Movement Anatol Bizgu said at the Monday’s news conference at Infotag that law enforcement bodies are intentionally tracing veterans, who participate in protest actions, in order to initiate groundless cases, threatening them.

 

He prevented that if such actions continue, veterans will be forced to unite and fight for their rights.

 

The Movement Chairman also expressed an opinion that certain political forces also have influence on judges’ decisions.
