PUBLIC MOVEMENT VOIVEOD URGES CITIZENS TO VOTE FOR IGOR DODON

09 november, 2016
PUBLIC MOVEMENT VOIVEOD URGES CITIZENS TO VOTE FOR IGOR DODON Representatives of the national popular movement “Voievod” called on Moldovan citizens to vote for leader of the Party of Socialists Igor Dodon at presidential elections.

At the Wednesday’s news conference at Infotag, leader of the formation Nicolae Pascaru said that he has attentively been monitoring the activities of the PSRM and its Chairman.

“I can responsively conclude that the Socialists’ team is competent, professionally trained, able not only to set goals, but also to achieve these. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Dodon’s opponent, ex-minister of education Maia Sandu”, he said.

According to him, at television debates both Sandu’s team and she herself demonstrated a poor preparation.

“Sandu was often going into hysterics. This is not the way candidate should behave at debates. In his turn, PSRM candidate was all the time coming with figures, excerpts and papers in his hand”, Pascaru said.

He said that Sandu was supported by representatives of LGBT organizations that is – by sexual minorities.

“I think that such support more harmed than benefited to her as a presidential candidate. Another fatal mistake of Sandu was her appearance on the market in Balti. Is it not clear that people in Moldova, robbed by these authorities, do not share at all her aspirations towards European values? The population is highly discontented with the authorities and Sandu is not by accident regarded as their representative”, Pascaru said, reminding that Sandu voted for allocating credits from the NBM reserve for covering the financial hole in the robbed banks.

“Electors do not care about details. First of all, what people remember is that Sandu was in the team of LDPM leader Vlad Filat, who is today serving sentence in prison; that she, as Education Minister, authorized the searches of students and video cameras at exams. We suppose that she will fail at November 13 election”, Pascaru said.
