MOLDOVAN WOMAN SAYS HER CHILDREN ARE IN SLAVERY IN RUSSIA

05 december, 2016
MOLDOVAN WOMAN SAYS HER CHILDREN ARE IN SLAVERY IN RUSSIA Moldovan citizen Lilia Ispravnic maintains that her children are in slavery in Russia, while law enforcement agencies of both Moldova and Russia are conniving at this.

At the Monday’s news conference at Infotag, she said that in 2000 she went to Russia together with her children in search of a job.

“We were living in Moscow oblast. I was working in school; my children were going to school, then to universities. In 2009, I came back to Moldova for making documents for my son and after that problems started – my daughters disappeared. I addressed to law enforcement agencies of Russia and Moldova, because children are still registered as Moldovan citizens, but everyone ignored my complaints, requests and cries for help to liberate my children from slavery. Slavery is the only word that can describe the situation. Law enforcement bodies are intentionally, on someone’s decision, are trying to hold children away from me, to prevent me from trying to save them and take them home. Also, my ex-husband is contributing to children’s estrangement. Unknown people are threatening me they can place me into a psychiatric hospital”, Ispravnic said.

According to her, there are suspicions that children are in slavery, because they are not telling about where they are and how they feel, while according to photos she managed to get from different people, it can be seen that children have problems with health, but this is being intentionally concealed.

By means of the media, the Moldovan citizen addressed to Russians, to the Federal Security Service and the Russian President with a demand to help release her children, as well as to refute the information that she had allegedly been treated in psychiatric clinic.

She also said that mayor of the Tirnova village (Donduseni raion), where she is living, has long been trying to take away from her four land plots.

“Just as in the first case with children kidnapping, in the second case I am being told that I am mentally unbalanced”, Ispravinc said.

Via media companies, she addressed to the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) with a demand to answer who ordered that my status to be changed from capable into incapable.

In fight for the truth, Ispravnic went on hunger strike. She also said she intends to fight till the end and address to the European Court of Human Rights.
