MOLDOVAN WOMAN CALLS ON PRESIDENT TO ESTABLISH ORDER IN JUVENILE SYSTEM

Moldovan citizen Lilia Ispravnic called on new president Igor Dodon to make order in the country’s juvenile system of the country, otherwise she threatens to sue to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
At the Thursday’s news conference at Infotag that after the December 5 briefing, where she told about disappearing of her children, about traffic in children and about human right violation, no reaction followed from authorities or law enforcement agencies of Russia or Moldova.
“Someone desperately needs me to stop fighting for my children, thus I permanently hear talks that I will be imprisoned into a mental hospital”, Ispravnic said.
She added that she just wants to regain her children, who have been in Russia since 2009, and the land in Donduseni raion.
“I will address to all the courts in Moldova, while if it has no effect – I will address to the Strasbourg court, where Moldova will certainly lose. I hope that President Igor Dodon will react on my cry for help and will help me solve the problem”, Ispravnic said.
