​INCUMBENT TIRASPOL LEADER REGISTERED AS PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE FOR DECEMBER 12 ELECTIONS

The Transnistrian central election commission has registered the first candidate in the presidential election scheduled for December 12. This is the current Transnistria leader Vadim Krasnoselsky, who submitted documents for registration on September 20. Besides him, the presidential post is aspired by a former deputy of the Transnistrian supreme soviet [parliament] Anatoly Dirun, Tiraspol citizen Nikolai Malyshev, and Sergey Pinzar from the Hirtop village (Grigoriopol raion). The deadline for accepting documents from applicants is November 11. And the registration of candidates will end on November 20.
