Chisinau, December 28 (Infotag). The Adjuta Civis Association has presented its new creation – a program named “For Parliament’s Purity” aimed at establishing how decent and honest, both morally and financially, candidates for next Parliament of Moldova are.

Association Chairman Andrei Lucian told a news conference in Infotag today Adjuta Civis works to promote the creation of a spotless, uncorrupt legislature in Moldova.

“Venality is corrupting our society, including the Parliament, Government, Presidential Apparatus. Blame for this falls not only on the ruling party but also on the opposition which fails to unite efforts to combat that disgrace. Many citizens think the new Parliament will be manned with dubious personalities” the Association head stressed.

He said that by end-January 2005, the Program will have published the financial condition of 10 top-ranked candidates for parliament of every participating political force, as well as their links and sources of income. “These are going to be true, authentic information based on documents”, assured Andrei Lucian.

The program will also determine the index of the populace’s trust in candidates and in political forces as a whole. For this, Adjuta Civis has elaborated a technology of its own.
