You should indicate which of the Agency’s three working languages you prefer – English, Romanian, or Russian, and which of the two forms of delivery – by e-mail (for English-language subscribers, we send two blocks of news a day Monday through Friday – at about 2 pm and between 6 pm and 7 pm; and for Romanian-language and Russian-language customers – three times a day namely at about 11 am, 3 pm and 6.30 pm) or in the on-line mode.
