Musical group - Kirnev Family Band will represent Moldova at the International competition Worldstars 2015, which will be held in Hollywood (USA) from July 10 to 19, 2015.

 

Its leader Pavel Chirnev announced at the press conference that the Worldstars competition is the only official international competition for the opening of new stars and awarding the best performers in the world.

 

“We are a family group of five people – brothers and sisters. My instrument is the piano, and my sister is - violin. We were invited to participate in the Worldsatrs-2015 in 14 nominations in the categories of vocal, instrumental music and self-accompaniment. The competition will be attended by 2 thousand representatives from 56 countries, whose talents will be evaluated by more than 100 judges. We are honored to represent Moldova in this competition, and we will not fail”, he said.

 

The competition is held in different categories – dance, vocal, modeling, acting, instrumentalists. It takes place in three rounds. Its main prizes are – gold, silver and bronze medal, a top award – is “Grand Prix”. The duration of each performance is 60 seconds, for groups and individual performers.

 

“We started creative activity from early age, continued it, sang in the church choir. Now we have an active concert activity abroad. We go with the Christian mission “Light in the Arab world” in Muslim countries. We visited Iraqi and Syrian refugee camps in Lebanon with charity concerts and twice in Iraq. We have also visited England, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Arab Emirates, USA, Jordan, Russia and Ukraine”, said Pavel Chirnev.”

 

The father and manager of the group, Serghei Chirnev said that the purpose of their participation in the contest is the experience acquisition. The group plans to continue to carry Christian values in the Arab countries.
