Chisinau, October 3 (Infotag). The first-ever exhibition of real estate, “Imobil Moldova 2006”, to be held at the MoldExpo Center on October 12 through 15, should enhance legalization of the immovable property market in this republic, believes the forum organizers.

Arcadie Andronic, Director General of the Poliproject Exhibitions Company, told a news conference in Infotag today the exposition will permit the public to learn more about companies working legally at the local market. Also, this will be a nice opportunity of direct communication between professionals and their potential customers.

“This market has practically settled in Moldova. Over a hundred companies operate at the market, rendering services in the fields of real estate, crediting, construction, etc. However, the so-called ‘black dealers’ continue to work at the market, and many of them are utterly dishonest”, Andronic said.

The exhibition will gather 33 state and private companies. Visitors will be offered detailed consultations on registration, privatization, taxation of transactions, real-estate assessment and insurance, information about the services rendered by realtor and assessment companies. The exhibition program includes also seminars and roundtables to be held with the participation of experts from the National Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre, the Real Estate Chamber, State Tax Inspection, Chisinau Municipal Department of Architecture, and other.
