26.02.2007 INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF FULL CONTACT FIGHTING OPENS ITS OFFICE IN MOLDOVA

Chisinau, February 26 (Infotag). The International federation of full contact fighting has opened its office in Moldova.

Its Vice-Chairman Serghei Ermacov said on Monday at a press conference in Infotag that the task of the federation is to develop this sport, to train professional specialists for the law and order bodies. The federation acts since 2003, its headquarters are in Kislovodsk (Russia).

“For five years of its activity, it opened seven offices in various countries. Joint work in this organization unites different peoples, removes national barriers”, Ermacov said.

According to him, Moldovan sportsmen will be able to participate in international competitions on full contact fighting.

“One can go in for this sport from the age of six and from the age of eight years – to participate in various competitions, he said.
