BUSINESSMAN DENIS URECHE DEMANDS PGO TO CONDUCT INTERNAL INVESTIGATION

Businessman Denis Ureche demands from the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) conducting of an internal investigation against prosecutors Ion Muntean, Vitalie Galeru, Marianna Botezatu, Eugen Balan and Ion Ticu, who are conducting criminal cases on falsifying civil cases and fraudulently getting credits in Banca de Economii (BEM).

Ureche said during Wednesday’s news conference at Infotag that Munteanu, Galeru and Botezatu are conducting criminal cases on falsifying by judge Iurie Turcanu of criminal cases, where appears dead Alexei Craciun, owner of two companies that got credits in BEM.

According to him, though Craciun died back in April 2014, lawsuits with his signature keep arriving to court.

“Besides proceedings on falsifying civil cases, prosecutors Eugen Balan and Ion Ticu are conducting investigation on fraudulently receiving loans in BEM, in which the dead Craciun also appears”, the businessman said.

Ureche assumes that prosecutors are allegedly protracting the investigation of criminal cases and demands Prosecutor General Corneliu Gurin to conduct internal investigation and to identify the legality of prosecutors’ actions on the above mentioned cases and statements.
