“Our Home is Moldova” (OHM) party leader Grigore Petrenco and his lawyer Anna Ursachi addressed to international representational offices, accredited in Moldova, with a demand to resume their attendance of court hearings on Petrenco group case.

 

At the Tuesday’s news conference at Infotag, he said that on Monday judge Natalia Clevada demanded that members of the group to be taken out from the courtroom, when they declined services of state lawyers and demanded disqualification of judges.

 

According to Petrenco, the judge exceeded her authority.

 

He is sure that the court verdict has long time been ready and approved in the GBS center [office of businessman Vlad Plahotniuc] or in another place.

 

Ursachi also said she will achieve exclusion of Natalia Clevada from the justice system for misuse of power.

 

She said that yesterday the court purposefully at prosecutors’ demand extended the judicial control over Petrenco’s group for 30 more days to prevent them from leaving the country and tell abroad about violations in Moldova.
